Cause to sway to and fro
upon a swing not to be imposing
sitting a spell just to feel
impressive portal veins flowing
sensing paths to new beginnings
Gateways of expanded awareness
letting go of past and present
travelling different dimensions
illusions of time arrived or pending
morning after merits a look anyhow

Obviously one of the other mornings after, many of mine were painful.
The early morning reflection on the events of the previous night are well captured here. May they all be gateways.
As long as it's not a hangover, there should always be a morning after. He states

So much depends upon the night before, and whether it is benign or that elusive ten! I like the changes in context implied by this deft design, whether 'before', 'benign', or bereft of all that came before benign turned to ten and then to tensile... and if all of this makes sense without being too intense, then it was an affirmation: this reader votes in favour of the morning after laughter that must curtail the night before in days of yore when all God's creatures yell for more in yellowing pages of forgotten lore!
Yes, I guess, didn't she look nice in her Sunday dress.
As for that morning after, yes indeed. If you are venturing into those different dimensions, you betcha. Loved how you approached the integrity of the poem by setting yourself into that swing, and no, I doubt you were imposing at all.
