Inspired by concept sketches by NASA of a proposed floating scientific station in the clouds of Venus.
I'm not fond of haiku, but I like science and good, science-based fiction.
After your explanation that told me it was about Venus, it makes sense, all except a scientific station being equated with "a city." I think that many other words related to scientific study like the word, "scientists" would make it much better.
