Accepting memories
Accepting memories,
Good or bad,
To be happy and not always sad.
As time goes on,
Memories stay,
We try to forget
A memory
Is not easily
Vanished
We do try to forget the bad ones
The acceptance of life
Is what we have to live with
The past has to last
A gift is to be living today
When you are sad
Life feels bad
It is good when you happy
Cherish what you have
You will always want
To have something
Especially when you don’t have it
You should seek happiness
Most treasured memory
Age
Your age,
A number,
Growing every year,
From day of birth
Till the end
Age of no importance
Fitness, and health
You can perform,
Any activity,
The energy, in you
Can blow you away
A number that changes you
Shows you to learn more
Weakness, is not you
Only strength is revived
Don’t be afraid
You grow older or younger
To be smart and strong
Beautiful
A calm sea
Pebble beaches
Soaking up the heat of the sun
Enjoying the rays
On a hot day
A peaceful moment goes your way
The sound of flapping wings,
Makes you fall asleep
While birds are flying,
It makes you wonder,
The freedom of nature
From place to place
For the need of food and comfort,
To feel warmth, else where,
Only to live easy
Change of Life
Your last thought
You still not sure
A change in your life
Not for today and tomorrow,
But, for now and forever,
Life passes by
In a new place
You have not seen before
And heard so much of,
A sudden move
You are not familiar with
To grasp it all
Only time can tell
With intelligence
It’s all revealed,
In your own way
With out force
Or pressure for you
Your mind easily comprehends
The change of life
Which is never planned
With love
It says it all
Countryside
An early rise
The lovely view
Hills and valleys
Mountains and castles
A picturesque sight
A view of,
Part of the sea,
With the fresh air
The tall Cyprus swaying in the wind
The sound of the stream
So natural to see
A great way to look at life
Just relax, sit back
Listen to nature
The blue sky and
The blue, green sea,
A garden to fulfill your day
A walk in the wild
To experience the countryside
Cooking
The beauty of cooking
Be creative
To have a good meal
Add some spices
The fun in cooking
Should be worth your effort
Start from scratch
A healthy way of living
Home-cooked meals are the best
Drawing
Step by step
Hand-in-hand
Left to right
In angles
Or in circles
Around and about
You go in and out
With pen and paper
To make fine art
Or just a drawing
Far from home
Loving your family
The great importance,
Of your loved one
A yearning that never ends
The moment of being together
To be close, but, still so far away
Sadness holds on to you
While time passes
You grow in strength
Healing pain on the surface
Look ahead
All good things come to a halt
It is not your fault
Just the way the world awakens
For now you plan your life
Care for those in your presence
Cherish what you have
Years lost is not regained
Free
No time for fuss
Or bickering
Just enjoy your day
Try to move on
Let there be no tears of sadness
Only joy
A good thought
To happy and be free
Freedom
As free as a bird
Be not afraid of others
Enjoy peace and quiet
Love your freedom
Live in harmony
Without a doubt
Let your hair down
Don’t look behind you
The sky is the limit

Laughter
The best cure,
No doctor needed.
For a headache, or any pain
Just laughter and laughter
The feeling in you
Is great,
No pills, no drugs
No needles or hangovers
Only laughter
The lines of speech
To make you laugh
To forget it all
A medicine, can’t be lost
Or found in you
Life
Life is free and beautiful
We overcome, obstacles,
With forgiveness,
Being faced with pain and agony
Our bodies become weak,
With a prayer, we are uplifted,
With spiritual healing
A come back, that is pure, and in need
A smile is promising
Is always happiness daunting
If only you could live forever

Every day
When I sleep,
I think about you
Can I get over you,
Or should I forget you?
As I love you more
Sometimes,
I regret loving you,
You must,
Be in love with someone else
As I wonder,
If that is so,
But it is time,
To be wise
And realise, that,
You don’t love me at all

Years have gone by
You still try
To build your home of stone,
The most beautiful
But the wait goes on
Always a process
The cosiness and comfort
Will be yours
Big or small
In a corner or a square
It’s never too late
To start over again
It is how you get to it
The hardship remains in you
An adventure for you
To own your home
Without failure or pressure
The enjoyment is great
Cost is of no reason
Only ownership matters

Fast and slow
Reggae or rock,
It is all within
The latest or the oldest
For all people
The old and the young
To enjoy music
By listening and dancing
Makes you feel good
And move steps too
With or without clothes
Music is free for you
No need to be shy

Happiness is a miss

Ways of speaking
Living in one world
Unique, we are
Rich or poor
Happiness and sadness
You all know
Most people face fear
Without a tear
Live up to their needs
Hope to see the best
To have good lives
Playtime
Children laughing
It is playtime
A lovely day out
Squirrels climbing trees
The sound of seagulls,
A place to be
Fun for you
So they say
Don’t be bored
Join in the game
For kids got to play
Seeking life
You can run
But can’t hide
Be true to yourself
Happy with life
A long way to go
Only time will tell
If you are up to it
Be strong
Keep going

With a great burst in a cloud

Without any moss,
No doubt there will be
Another time,
For sun, rain and cloud
To cause an outburst
Winter
A season of cold,
Try to be bold
You will be warm
With coats and jerseys
A natural way
A winter season
And a blanket or duvet
A sunshine in the day
To keep you awake,
And a fire
By night to thrill you
To make winter be
To make you feel
Warmth and happiness
Let it pass by
To know what will next be

This can hurt others
If used incorrectly,
Be polite
With education
Choices are broader
Think before you blurt out
With people sensitive
Will only ruin you
A friendship or foe
Allow for time
Apologise,
If need be,
Some phrases
Make you feel good
Words of love
They say that memories are golden
Well, maybe that is true ,
I never wanted memories,
I only wanted you
Hope our love lasts,
I trust and love you
For now and forever
A feeling that never subsides
A precious moment, you can treasure
A belief in true love still exists
