As this all Hallows Eve settles into night
I await and look to see that which i might. Moms and Dads toting wee ones on their first time
all dressed up as ladybugs, turtles or mimes. In amidst the princesses and cartoon heroes
running rampant toting pumpkins from elbows. Everyone smiling and yelling "trick or treats"
hoping each door will mean more delicious sweets.
Even those older now skeletons or ghouls
walking slower cannot help but act fools. All in good humor while on their nights foray
this is one of my favorite holidays. I stand as a pirate to pass out their fare
all about this evening is Devil-may-care. But my favorite sight at this time and tide
is the witch in purple and black at my side.
You sound like one of the favorite places to visit, It seems we hardly have any kids come by our apartment these days, parents take them to the fire station for safety issue. I miss the variety of costumes, especially the little one You covered them quite well in your poem. Thanks for the memories.
Tasked by his Goddess to find, relocate, and then quicken, the last three Heart Tree gem-seeds, Vanx the bard, and his motley crew of adventurers, set out to do just that.
