It began as a party for two
Little children laughing and playing
Wanting something to do
Tea brewing on the stove
A cake in the oven delicious it smells
Snowflakes falling outside frozen and new
Chilled hands and fingers
Red noses too
Stories to be told
Young hearts to share
Joy is awaiting for children

Outside the window there is a snowman
And the snow flakes dancing around him
The snowman wishes in his deepest dreams
A sweet tea party with the children
The icy winds let him freeze
His dark eyes watch the stars
Rainbows will say to him let’s make a tea party my dear friend
