Such a moving write highlighting insomnia! I sincerely hope that your inability to sleep will continue to result in memorable works like this one!

If he left you, then he doesn't deserve your lack of sleep. For my insomnia, I love Ambien. I believe it has made me a better writer as I wait and wait for its effects to take hold.
Night time is a challenge. How are we to sleep when we have an endless stream of questions to answer and a million thoughts to survey and analyze. Insomnia is my middle name Jane!
Oh that circadian rhythm. Can you imagine working the rotating shift for 16 years; can't leave the employment because of retirement plan. But I suppose when one misses someone so much, it will affect that sleep rhythm. Cheers!
OK, IF I'M WIDE AWAKE AT NIGHT AND CAN'T SLEEP - I TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT AND I'M ON THE COMPUTER. IN FACT SOMETIMES I'LL TAKE ON A LITTLE CAFFEINE JUST TO MAKE SURE I STAY THAT WAY. BUT IF I'M IN BED AND I WANT TO SLEEP BUT CAN'T, I TURN OVER, GET COMFORTABLE AND BEGIN TO PRAY. I MEAN, I OPEN UP AND JUST TALK TO MY GOD ABOUT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING AND...WHEN DO I FALL ASLEEP? I DON'T KNOW, BUT I SLEEP. THANKS FOR FOR THE SHARE. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
