Even the most delicate, though abused, can come back strong with love.

My daffodils bloomed
I hope they're not doomed
By heavy snowfall

This happened before
Last year and whatmore
In spite of it all

They still blossomed bright
For Spring's warmth and light
Grew they strong and tall

They are always the first signs of the new life, as soon as King Winter has a weak moment, the daffodils jump in to mock at him.

Daffodils, Forsythia...two bright yellow early birds of spring. What a great gift they are! A nice cheer-me-up kind of poem, dear Jane!

we underestimate mother nature and her ability

Those daffodils can be used to make a case for the human heart, because it also can take a beating and comes back, warm, strong and tall.
