Poem Artwork

Just a few yards back I fell
Tripped in a rut
Skinned my knee got patched up quick
No one knew "what"

No one lives in my head they
Can't even try
As the path ahead might be
Marsh wet beach dry

Anyhow the sun doth hide
Behind the clouds
Clouds will pass the sun comes out
Behind the shrouds

Since I started writing this
I've somewhat aged
Time is time and that is that
So "Turn The Page"

A great poem about something that can happen to all. We can all tumble and fall. A fall can be a life changer and an attitude adjuster. As we get older the change can be more dramatic perhaps more than one can muster. Thank you for helping write my next poem Jane! Love and Blessings to you!

Both beach and marsh now probably covered with snow. There you go! More ruts to come in the spring, but you'll turn the page, I'm sure.
