We all play a part in the "big picture".

Poem Artwork

Each person is a thread
Colors bright greens and blues
Add in a bit of red
A tapestry of hues

Until the weaving's done
Tedious work indeed
Yellow a shining sun
Exactly what we need

Each thread did play a part
Beautiful tapestry
Just threads right at the start
Woven so beautifully

Tapestry is one of the least appreciated modes of art. Here you have given us an impression of what it can be. I'm reminded of the many hours spent in MOMA, NY and the numerous works of tapestry I've stood in front of and marveled at the time and effort it takes to complete such a work. Thank you for the reminder.
