Deep orange as the evening sunsets
As seen from the white sandy beaches
In tropical Cabo San Lucas that
Rests on the peninsula of Baja, California
Every time I catch a glimpse of these coral ladies
Memories of our wedding dance in my head
A beautiful mural of a coral rose bouquet
Stems wrapped with a satin ribbon
Resting against a canvas of a white Chantilly lace
Your gown blowing in the salty breeze
As you walked to me barefoot in the sand
I think of the fire, the passion, and energy
Our bodies created with just one touch
The sleepless nights of our honeymoon
In the beach villa listening to the waves
Lap against the shore as the tide rolled in
Every night under the moonlight
The stars aligned and shone brightly
On the future we embarked upon
From the moment we first met
You have always been my soulmate
Even after all these years
My love for you grows deeper with time
Enriched with precious memories
Of laughter, friendship, love and passion
Kisses that still melt my heart
I am lucky to have found you
I do not need a special occasion
To bring you roses other than to show you
My love for you is immeasurable
It grows stronger with every breath I take

I find it interesting that you've written this idyllic wedding memory from the viewpoint of a man, but with the understanding that a woman would have if her man wrote such a poem for her. You make me want to steal this poem to share with my love. ;-)
