Let it all hang out

Mana of the World,
The Great Spirit

dissolves
in greater consciousness
of the one
and the many,
of the separate
and the whole

Mana, the Great Spirit,
The Primal Mother

wakes everyone alike

as the heart beats
duh, duh-duh, duh-duh
duh-duh-duh, duh-duh,
duh-duh...

Let the dance begin,
let the Mana flow

let the body be free,
let the mind be open,
let the spirit dance
to the sacred music

Listen to the
rhythm of the sun and the moon,
the marriage of
the male and the female

released
and transformed

reunited with the
Great Mana
