Why can’t men flush…?

Poem Artwork

In & out of public restrooms,

I go on a daily basis, cause I need to, you know,

How many times do I find the previous users waste,

I cannot count, what, they can’t flush,

Are they leaving in that much haste…?

Surely to some they might feel disgust,

I just do their job for them as I must,

All it takes is to push down the handle,

It’s not like it has a flame from a candle…

So, men, think about this the next time,

Remember people got to come behind,

And how do you feel if someone does it to you,

Since none of us do really live in a zoo…

That's why I always wear my hazmat suit every time I use the public facilities. But you gotta admit a little yellow water is a whole lot better than leaving floaties in the crapper. cuz p

You know what I was told, some body better set ME STRAIGHT!!!! To flush waste Electricity, people become NOT TO FLUSH (I won't hear of it) NO WAY! but, they seem to get into a habit, not flushing at home so they forget and just walk away! Please, tell me changes are on the way! Also very few want to touch where someone else has touched, the button, the handle, the faucet (but there washing) hmm... I don't get it! Or it's pure laziness, YOUR CALL! Love your honest straightforward Poem tho'! I always do!

Holy Smoke! You're not touchin them nasty old urinal handles, are you???? Or sittin on them toilet seats??!! And you better read Richard's comments below - don't touch that door handle on the way out either.

PS: I follow my sage old dogs into the woods - much cleaner - and I sure hope Ma doesn't read this poem.

Guess we're on the same page with this one. I once wrote about having to touch the damn door handle to get out of there, knowing that more than half the guys in front of me didn't stop to wash their hands. Well if they are too damn lazy to flush, you can be damn certain they didn't wash and this doesn't even begin to address the shitty subject of those who take a crap. Bet half of them don't wash either. Smear some of that all over the door knob. YUK!!!!!

It's unimaginable what people do in public toilets. They do the same in motels and hotels and the poor maids have to clean up the mess.

Remember that that handle and the handle to the door to the restroom is your greatest chance of getting a disease, so it's probably good use of paper towel or glove when you flush for someone else.
