The taste of blood...

Poem Artwork

I love the taste of blood,

Some may think it tastes like crud,

Let it come to me in a rush of red flood,

I am just a vampire stud…

Sucking with teeth sharp,

Only human blood do I crave, no carp,

Never in the heavens will I play the harp,

Never will I die to be covered by a tarp…

At a young age I was first initiated,

At other comings out I also officiated,

My life now forever immortal,

I tell you this without any bull,

When my teeth from you I do pull,

You will then hear from me a slight chortle…

One great big bad vampire. I've tasted blood, but only when I bit my lip or wrenched my teeth. Chortle away!
