Stay off the marsh at low tide...

Poem Artwork

Stay off the marsh at low tide,

It’s when he hunts so my advice abide,

He can sense your fear & smell your sweat,

It is what he hunts for, what he is coming to get…

His K-9’s can tear meat from the bone,

Don’t ever go out on the marsh alone,

He comes from the west, the mainland,

He hides amongst the high reeds,

Your blood & meat is what he needs…

His craving for man has been eternal,

He lives for darkness, is part of the nocturnal,

His background from the depths of hell, infernal,

He does crave for humanities sternal.

Here where I live, we have a swamp monster. Maybe we should introduce these 2 scary creatures. They might just be lonely.
Enjoyed the scare

That last line is a trip! Reads like a wolf in monster clothing. Writing like this just makes people afraid like fake news. The biggest danger on the beach at night is the swarms of mosquitoes that come off the inland swamps and make bare skin wish it was not exposed. Front or stern.

What the . . . Trying to scare me; scare me you did. From the pic to the poem, the hairs stand on end. That's what the imagination can do.
