Poem Artwork

  Contexture of the situations

Just like a tangled skein,

No turning back, all doors are locked,

For good is lost the key.

And all the souls are praying for somebody,

Set them free,

You’ll never find the welcome ways

That’ll lead you out of here.

And being filled with despair,

You cannot draw a breath,

The rue is our only hope

That keeps from harm and death.

But loneliness is ruling here,

Ignoring plea for aid,

Upcoming fatal prophesy

Is only thing ahead.

Claire, it sounds like de nivissimis.
Out of curiosity... scientists expect comet ISON
to occur (Dec 2013) large enough to be seen
in day light. It could light up the night sky
for much of December into January.
That's what Nostradamus called the "time when sky
has two suns"
Thank you for sharing your "use it or loose it"
provoking poems.

Good poetry that has the reader hoping for the best.

A forbidding prophecy of things to come, or just a fun write? I prefer the latter.

Kind A SLOw In The Kootenays v2.2 by RickthePoetWarrior

Has-beens and coffee get together to recreate a same old new tourist trap in a land even the First Nations don't want.

You Look FatCalgary by RickthePoetWarrior

Using Calgary as a backdrop the author satirizes the self-serving nature of the public as it continues to fatten itself, not only physically, but egotistically as well.
