Thy Mirror
Parades of white caps cordially cascading,
on the windy blue waters of sky lake.
And flocks of birds fly all around,
like schools of mackerel and dolphins and splake.
Chasing bugs as if they were minnows,
what heaven sows heaven shall take.
There is no splashing, no thrashing,
no shoreline crashing.
Only swishings and swishes through
the reeds and the branches.
Fluttering leaves loudly hissing
whispering thousands of wishes.
Blue water blue air in my palm you are clear,
what mysteries lay in your blue eyed stare?
Reflections of each other, divinly so dear.
As I stand between you both,
My soul is thy mirror.
