SUMMERTIME laurabreiling: summertime I float in a swimming pool. I feel relaxed and cool. A breeze fills the air. No one else swims near. Two leaves drift beside me. I turn my head to see. Two whales grin back at me. I’m in the big blue sea. I jump into the pool. I feel like a fool. My mind played tricks on me. I’m an author, you see.
