BORN FREE I will fight. I will fight the hunters. I will fight to the death. I will ride proud and free. Man will not tame me. I will not be ridden. I will remain as free as the wind. I was born free. I will die free.

That came right out of the horses mouth. Yes, I am sure that's what I would say if I were galloping free in the wind.

Indeed, there is something noble and free about the image and energy of the horse, nicely evoked here in this poem.
