Yes, limericks have a way of pleasing most readers simply because much of the innuendo, even if it appears ironical, paradoxical or even lewd is meant in good faith though tongue-in-cheek. The satirical hints apart, the subject matter I deal in pokes fun at the absurd or ludicrous behavior inherent in human shortcomings to which we are all somewhat prone.
