The warm air brushes silently past my face
As I hear Bob Marley sing No Woman, No Cry
And I feel the break of tears as the Rasta man walks by
The beat of a different time silent passage back in time
Distant thoughts to conga drums pounding so sublime
Brings one to dance amongst the Reggae beat
Just one more note that touched my soul and then my feet
As my heart delights to Bob Marley and The Wailers
Timeless awesome Reggae beat
You can hear the steps as the Rasta man walks to his own beat…..

ooooooooo I love Bob Marley. I saw him b4 his untimely death when a band called 'Third World' opened for him. Smoked a lot of pot and well you know, lol. So cool. Thanks so much for this. I feel like breaking the 'vinyl' out and dancing in my socks. Love it! Janet xoxoxoxo
