Yup, you got it, Michelle... like stepping through a door, no-one can explain that you change irreversibly when you give birth and, like no-one could explain what "to love" is like until you feel it for yourself, no-one can explain what happens to us when the chemicals and hormones are released into the bloodstream when we become a Mother. Never to be without that chemical make-up again. Beautiful expression and sentiment here that is a GIFT and a joy to the darling girl who so richly deserves it. She is a peach, like her Mom and will be bound to make a wonderful mother herself, nurtured and fashioned into your likeness. Bless you and thank you, Kate xx

Hate to be paranoid, Michelle, but there are those out there that look for pictures of children...I had put a number on after Thanksgiving of my friends kids, and was asked to remove them...just a thought, and I have to agree with Eileen, this has to be saved in some special way for when she grows up...She is quite cute and i can see where she gets that from...Ed

This is a wonderful and touching poem, Michelle. The bond between a mother and child is something that is unparalleled. Carrying a child is the one time in our lives when we get to be an integral part of an unfolding miracle.
