Look to the distance Whenever feeling unease Look to the distance To the trees blowing in the breeze Looking at the horizon Can bring about a smile Looking at the horizon We’re not really separated by miles The distance and the presence In essence, is so close The distance and the presence Living in the now benefits us most All we have is this moment Despite its changeability All we have is this moment When we seize it we are free

When I'm in that moment, I always seize the one closest to me and give her a big hug.

I always live for the moment. Does that explain why my mood would go up and down so often? LOL!!!! Sometimes I do wonder about myself. Heeeheee!!!

Good reminder of a poem to every one about seizing the beUty of the moments and living life to the fullest.
