Poem Artwork

Am I really seeing the beauty in front of me?
The array of flowers and the purple ones falling from the trees?
How often do I care to notice the movement of seasons outside at play?
And stop to watch the birds on my Jacaranda tree throughout the day

A never-ending spectacle occurs before my eyes
It really is quite something
Flocks of birds flying the skies

A constant dance and movement
Cycling around the clock
Sounds of life and feelings
We are blessed with more than a lot

So outside my window it is happening
As it is for you
Spectacular life is happening
To everyone, not just a few

There is something warm, and soft, and velvety about purple. and
now you have made it special, and interesting, and lovely to look at.
But then, that's kind of your mission in life. Thanks dear lady.

Your poem is telling us to stop and watch the birds fly. I do just that once or twice a day as you recommend.

Of only seen a Jacaranda tree once. It was at my brother's house in Phoenix. It was very young at that time and in bloom.
