 I love how the quiet envelops my mind
On observing air entering my nostrils
One breath at a time

The presence,
The beauty
Sweet surrender and release
Being in the moment is life’s ultimate treat

I love the feeling of living in time
The synchronicity of nature blows my mind
The workings, the wonder of keeping the beat 
To keep the world running is truly a feat

I love how the quiet envelops my mind
To be in moments of silence
Allowing nature sublime 

Breathing
Being
Merging with life
Seeing everything as perfect
And, ultimately alright

Ahhh . . . If I have ever read a more uplifting and happy poem concerning life and the actual living of it I don't know where. Yes, the most common thing we can do . . . breathe . . . is so taken for granted by most people. It should be celebrated every day in some way, if only mentally giving thanks that we are able to take that next breath. Ya did good heah, Suzie . . .
