The AD Halloween Bash

I strung the light up old skulls

Along the twisted railing top again

Hit my thumb with the hammer

So I blessed them with my f_ _king pain

There’s lots of rats and flying bats

Nibbling on rotted un-named gore

My ghouls swing from the rafters

Like they always will forever more

There are witches cackling madly

Ghosts eerily in white so sheer

Come one come all don’t be late

On the creepiest night of the year

I took down the sign that read

Fee’s Spa and Bathhouse Fun

Spiked up one written in blood

Fee’s Dice and Slice Crematorium

I’m two doors from the graveyard

Beside the old hangman’s tree

If you see Brothers Ed’s slaughterhouse

Then you went past the place of Fee

Now the party starts round midnight

October thirty-first come prepared to crash

For it promises to be an all-nighter

This year’s Author’s Den Halloween bash
