The feel of wet sand compressing gently beneath your feet, like renewable putty. The relaxing sensation travels up your entire body, soothing every fiber and nerve ending. Ahhhhhh. What a senstation. You say it well. We all need to get away, so we can bring back with us a new outlook, a fresh view, a tired body that can sleeep eight hours without stops. Good writing about it, too. Have oddles of outings... all fun! - Bill

I love it Carole, I am a beach person and love the waves, the sand and the sweet tang of brine on the air and on the tongue. I too find solace and revitalization at the beach whenever I can. Enjoy and hurrry back but not before you are ready.

Carole, the photo beacons my soul...it's beautiful! I hope you have a wonderful vacation. I loved the images portrayed in this piece and maybe, just maybe, "a breeze from a land faraway will pass by sharing the secrets!" Oh, how I loved this line. Allow the oceans wave you grant your pen flowing words of beauty.

Love it as I love the ocean, in fact just put a poem myself about the ocean. Yours is good and taking away the winter weary muse is to go to the ocean and glad you are enjoying a vacation in Florida and near the ocean. Love this poem. So it tells all for sure.
