In another time and place beyond this earth

Very unique and well-conceived, Linda... all those tunes came flooding straight back into my mind as you mentioned them. Music is so "of the time" and yet curiously mystical in its ability to stir the memory and evoke as well. You have magically done all of these things here. TY Kate xx

AFTER THE GOLDRUSH is terrific, Linda!
There is so much here to like... the whole thing connects, but you can take it apart and make it all fit again. Great writing. I bet this took a bit out of you to compose.
One of my favorite lines:

This is neat... number five hits home... my last marriage, after I sobered up, I realized that I was also addicted to my ex-wife... that was harder to defeat then alcoholism... so much happened, and amazingly, I wasn't totally to blame, but when it was over, my trust of others was shot and my own trust in judgement took a hit... I had to learn to live life again, trusting myself and going in uncharted waters...
