Great balanced use of the "s" sounds in the beginning, middle and in the strongest "intoxicating" sense--makes the poem breathe on its own.

Words and picture compliment each other perfectly, Linda. It certainly does have a "rainforest" feel, or at least a subcontinent one... so often Paradise to our western way of thinking is the equivalent of the English Country Garden! I love the details you have chosen to detail - very sultry and juicy! Wonderful line about the stew! The Rapture indeed... this is Heaven come to Earth. TY Kate xx
