Live, Love, Laugh...Now.

Friends get off the beaten path It’s time to step out of the box Take a chance, make a brand new start Don’t let life’s pebbles grow into huge rocks Blind minds are always worse than bad eyes And I’m fixing to tell you why— Folks would rather embrace doubts and lies While they find it hard to give truth a try Sometimes truth is stranger than fiction And sometimes art imitates life Uncontrolled habits soon become addictions Lack of discipline creates unnecessary strife Life is too short; time is of the essence So get on the ball and do your thing The time is now; you own only the present So live every moment the gift of life brings Copyright Pamilla deLeon- Lewis, 2006

This is a very good poem.People shouldn't take life for granted.Live in the NOW instead of living in the past and looking to the future for we are not promise tomorrow.I enjoy reading this poem and the message it sends.take care
