My one biggest regret in life was that I didn't because of financial and family committments I didn't become a teacher as I had wanted to be when I was young. I am retired now but spend two mornings a week at my granddaughters school helping out with reading and in the classroom and so glad for the opportunity it has given me to see just a small glimplse of what being a teacher would have been.
