Smiling Flower

A delicate flower the crocus is, A welcome smile for each to see. Its opening petals cry, “Jubilee! Let’s end ice blasts and winter’s freeze.” Winter wanes ‘tis time to defrost. Sol sends heat rays, snow is lost. Warmth arrives with great abandon. And crocus grins with Spring passion.
