I read this and thought of how spoken word poets call themselves before the room basically announcing and hyping themselves and all their wondrous talents 1.) to boost their own confidence and 2.) to intimidate all the other poets they are about to slam in competition. I always enjoy hearing their affirmations. :-) ~~Nordette
