It was a wonderful Christmas
in our house,
for it I will thank you,
my son, very very much,
it was, if I may say,
just in time to come,
and I wish to tell,
to you specially, why...
the skies be blessed,
you finally got a job !!!
As ours are all and done
we now can go
and peacefully die,
knowing that you can take
care of yourself from now on,
without the twelve hours day job
from your Daddy,
or the ten long day hours
washing job from your Mom;
it was the best present under
the Xmas tree, I wouln'd lie,
mothers don't do it...
to a son pushing sixty-four.
