Just a poem I wrote about a guy who made me feel so dizzy...
Laughing...
Lights & sounds of the night become one as I sit & assimilate his life.
Hot Kisses...
Stolen Moments, Defined by Us.
Laughing again...
That vertiginous smile.
Sexual yearnings, quelled, inflamed?
$40? $60? $45? $50?
This is so crazy!
The Summit? Too far.
Time has stopped, but speeds by all the same.
Finally, Room 4.
We'll take it!
Clean.
Click.
Unbridled desire, inhibitions lost, no constraints...
Selfless, mind-blowing sex.
Thoughts of him on, in & around me consume, engulf & awaken my psyche:
No cologne, salty, hot skin, HIS smell, his hands, erotic kisses.
Simply delicious!
The eyes...
Oh, yes, the best part. Lost in the depths of those orbs.
Nothing else matters now.
I surrender.
Do whatever you want.
I'm here to please you...
Arms wrapped around me, "so affectionate", I mull.
Forehead kisses.
State of unrivaled bliss.
I muse, "he's so beautiful. HIM the person:
Crazy intelligence, sense of humor, degage & attentive."
That smile again. Always the smile....
Drunk from conversation.
Drunk from passionate sex.
Time to go...
Dizzy.
Dizzy with reminders of our time together.
Dizzy with yearnings for our next time together.
My head is spinnin' ;)I love the edgy tone Great write! JC

A very honest, open poem. The author does not use metaphors, symbols, or other typical devious schemes exploited by other poets to conceal deficiencies in their writing. In fact, the author seems rather open about the deficiencies in her own life. The use of the hotel tells me that both are in hiding and relying on each other as an escape from their current reality. Maybe one needs more of an escape than the other, but this is not a point the author wishes to make. Instead the author wishes to convey the ecstasy she feels each time she is in the presence of this man. Regardless of what she might be escaping, she finds her release when with him. One thing that struck me is that the author relishes the metophysical, in addition to the physical and emotional pleasures. This man completes her, he fullfills every need. One might so as far to say in this man she finds a soul mate. Here's to hoping the author remains 'dizzy' still today and forever.
This is my personal inspirational book of poetry. It contains many poems written for family, friends, and relevant life situations. Hopefully you will find some that will encourage and inpsire you in whatever arena you are found in your circle of l
