Poem Artwork

Enter in our  forest of frosty glows, each tiny fur baby waits in the snow
Mist all  stockings each carefully pinned tonight
Pixies and fairies hang them singing with delight
Awaiting  St Nicks ride, to there sleepy side

Tis told each fairies star  will glow
In the smallest tree a glimmer was starting to grow
Little ones flittering to and fro
Plumes all silent as each stockinet rainbow

Each making there loving wish, to each glittered bow
To add cookies decorated on the table low
frosting on each sleeve, tucked in so

Lacings , presents all hanging  to open on Christmas eve
Even the tiny elves can be seen

Painted satin twinkling curved lights
Sweet memories  to bade good morn
Tinsel tears rain  softly on the terrace reign

Star-shaped , smiles each child's heart
Roundels of angels cloak, meshed with twinkling snow
All magical night in the frost , Santa's show

Santa must be an evil troll,
all I get is a lump of coal.
But I enjoy your poem on the whole.

The Christmas still emerges from within us no matter what the "way of the world", made into magic by "Santa's snow".

Our choir did our yearly Christmas concert this afternoon. Your verses seem most apt and timely to me, Deborah. Love and my best wishes to you, and thank you for sharing your sentiments,

Régis
