Magical Intrigue
There is so much magical intrigue,
Excitement in the morning air,
And in my dreams at night.
In the suspense of not knowing,
All the details of what will be.
Will it be a strapping colt,
Dark and kind like his sire,
Or a delicate little filly,
Beautiful and fractious like her dam?
Perhaps a throwback to grandsire, Secretariat,
The greatest racehorse ever.
Or maybe like granddam, Jazmin,
A proud and gentle friend and companion.
But we wait with less patience than the horses,
They know how to live in each moment,
And leave the excitement and worry,
To we humans who fret away!

I feel that it's going to be a strapping colt for some reason.
Much peace, love and light,
Amber
[Ed note: insert wildly before jealous.]
The new addition will be beautiful and strong and high-spirited, I
just know.
Let me know when she or he arrives. Meantime, try not to fret.
Mama & baby will be fine!!
Always. . .always. . .
