So many hurting hearts...needing healing from the Heart Healer
Dear Heart-Healer,
I pray for him
Who is weary and sad today;
Who longs for true love ~
A love that endures ~
To lighten his lonely way.
His heart has been broken ~
Please mend it now ~
Please touch him and heal his pain.
Lord, pour down your love In torrents of grace
And help him to smile again.
You Healer of hearts,
Cause him to hear;
Lead him back to your rugged cross.
No matter how great,
How heavy the weight,
You're able to carry his loss.
I pray for his family,
Bruised by his hurts,
Feeling the wounds in their hearts.
Please heal and bring them
Together again,
From your refuge never to part.

With folks such as you lifting one’s name up in prayer, I’m sure everything will turn out to be all right when everything is said and done. Anything is possible with the Heart Healer. Pray for my sister who lost her 58 year old son a year ago in November. I realize it takes time, but her heart is still broken afresh daily. Sometimes when we talk on the phone, she tells me she has cried all day. She and I are very close, and my heart breaks for her.

Connie, this is a beautiful poem for so many who feel lost and alone! I was one of those people after my first wife went to Heaven so young. I was so lonely even though I had two daughters and a dog who was a son-of-a-gun! With prayer and fellowship from others in our Bible study, God was able to turn a life of stale bread into a lovely life of milk and honey! Amen!
