The birds are on the move again. It's fascinating to be adjacent to a major flyway.
Pine siskins by the hundreds,
so many, singing, chorusing,
a flock of adorable
tiny olive drab sergeant striped
emigres
they're almost as noisy
as blackbirds,
tail making that cheery
Victory sign, chowing down
tons of Nigerseed
. 1.79 a lb.
Such a cute little bird. One of God's creatures given to us to enjoy. I loved to watch the birds fly into the trees outside my apt. It is mentally soothing to see them so free and all. Different kinds but mostly crows. Enjoy God's wonderful bird and their birdlike calls this spring as they mate too.
