There is wisdom in this haiku and it reminds me of the fact that, although nature can seem cruel, it's actually just unaware of humanity and doing what comes naturally -"rythm in motion." We humans see the tragedies nature unknowingly causes and perceive them as cruelty. The fact is, nature just doesn't care. I remember being in a storm 60 miles from land when I woke up and realized our boat was sinking. We fought to stay afloat for six grueling hours in pitch black darkness by bailing water and keeping our bow into the 30 foot waves. The only source of light was the intermittent lightning bolts. I remember thinking how uncaring nature was and how insignificant we humans truly are. Great work Kimmy!
