A poem for those who dread Mondays.

Monday is tough, they say Many get sick on a Monday Some even call it a mayday Monday is a great day Just like yesterday There is no need to fray Monday is just another day Just because it’s not a payday Doesn’t mean it’s a doomsday Let’s pretend it’s our birthday Instead of a workday Let our pessimism wander away Let us have a great day We’ll have fun and laugh all day Laughter is the pathway to Monday
