Poem Artwork

I walked out of the mist
into the magic
of your mystique
savoring the poems
the likes of which
were so unique

Your timeless thoughts
permeate the air
and there are none
that can compare
your gift of words
so very rare

The brilliant rays of
your rhymes cover me
in a warmth
most sublime
and I lose all
thoughts of time

You take me to
such heights that
i'm entranced by
your insights
if language is an
act of love, then
your gift of it
is my treasure trove

Supernal day
fades into night
you embrace me
with verbs of moonlight
soon my dreams
sweetly come upon me
as your wordsong
evolves in my memory

That each stanza makes such a strong statement in itself is brilliant. Collectively they make a fabulous tribute and poem. Lovely to read Eileen. Panda :)

the poetic mystique is wound splendidly in this flowing exaltation Eileen. Marvelously done…and the artwork is very complimentary to this piece.

Aww, and I never figured you noticed. Nicely done, Eileen, you managed to compose an amorous poem using, of all things, a poets' utensils. Well done.

What a beautiful tribute to a mystery person.
"Evolves in my memory" I believe is the clue.

I will be calling Dan Brown tomorrow!

Supernal is a word rarely used, at least in my own explorations and readings. You fitted it into this construct in a most efficacious way.

Be Blessed Dear One ... (even moreso)
