4th day fever hanging on, darn lupus! almost time to leave;-)
In the twilight of purple passion While soaring with the clouds Heaven opened and out flowed The night in black velvet With it I Cascaded down into The river of lavish dreams Where the sun was a scarlet orb The moon dressed in violet The stars in golden hues White orchids floated in air Silver violets tangled in my hair I was wrapped in new bronzed skin Saints and angels were my kin The light of beauty resplendent Glorious songs of joy and jubilation The entire environment transcendent

Wishing there was some way for the cloud to be lifted on your vacation. I have had times in my life experience where i came down with the darndest bug. Some sort of little illness that just laid me out for the briefest time. having experienced this a handful of times scattered throughout my lifetime, i could only conclude that maybe the lord wanted to put me out of commision for a day, so that i wouldn't wander off and get into real trouble.

'sides that, i wonder if the elevation of Tahoe might be the source of your woes.

Eileen, I am so sorry that lupus is doing its darndest to ruin your holiday. Scanning your recent work, seems it has taken you there and back again, but good to see you in the ascendent and Transcendent here. I don't envy you the downside of this ferris wheel... and you know I have also been there... but this beneficient vision is soothing, healing and a pure taste of heaven in the here and now. This is sooooo cool and silky smooth... I pray that such may truly bring rest to your fevered brow, calm those jangling nerve-ends and strengthen the feeling of aching, brittle bones.
