Wings of Wonder

He roams the universe
with wings of wonder
looking for whatever
pleases him to plunder
wild, free, full of thunder

She is land locked,fully frocked
wedded and embbeded
dreaming of the day
she can steal away
desires burning round the clock


One day while lying on the beach
she sees the eagle within reach
she lifts her arms in supplication
in the blink of an eye she's in the sky
soaring with him in illusions lullaby

Eilene, a heavenly experience if this beautiful write. The illusions lullaby a beautiful ending. You have a beautiful and gifted talent. It carries each of us as readers to a place where a gentle calmness blanket our souls.
