Poem Artwork

The softness
of the evening breeze
whispered over me
like a tease

The hush of night
covered me like a caress
bathing my skin with kisses
answering my secret wishes

The intoxication of indigo
like a champagne transfusion
seduces all my senses
adding to the illusion

Oh! magical moods of moonlight
with sprinkling of stardust
the hours of pure delight
that answer to the dreamers lust

There's such an attractive purity to your writing. Your musings are born of reverence, gratitude and a child-like wonder, which I thoroughly love.
