Soft Words Through Parted Lips

Soft spoken words through parted lips,
Words we all seem to understand,
The communication of love and lust,
Words without demand.

I will, I do and always will be,
Close by you love, forever more,
And then years later the tears roll down,
As they part with their hearts at the door.

Many long years ago today,
They voved they'd never part,
Where are those words once spoken
Said with love from, within the heart.

Take those words more seriously,
Keep it tucked deep in your mind,
For there will come a sad sad day,
When you'll need to return to this time.

You'll need to rekindle,
All those words you say today,
To make you realize,
What it means to make you stay.

Think back through all those years,
All that you both have shared,
Then look into each other eyes,
And whisper words that show you care.

Remember how you once saw your love,
Remember all the I do's and I will always be,
Close by you for evermore,
Please don't walk out that door.
