This write is for all those who feel they have lost their love in life and feels that life isn't worth the hassel. Well I am here to tell you it is and step by step life gets better as each day goes by. I have been there and after several years, I found the love that had been waiting for me for years, so one step at a time will make each day brighter and bring you to where you were meant to be in life.
Step by Step
Step by step we wander away, Looking for somewhere to go. Wandering into the future, Where it takes us we do not know.
Step by step we will travel, To a different place from the start. Until we find where must be, With this person to share our heart.
Step by step we offer our lives, The love we are willing to share. We offer a piece of all that we own, To prove how much we truly care.
Step by step we move onward, Till we have found our way. To the happiness we so long for, That’s honestly ours for each day.
Step by step that pain disappears, Till one day we notice it’s gone. Now we can begin to relive, Our life and that can’t be wrong.
Step by step we find happiness, That was once robbed from our heart. Today as we move forward in life, We’re able to have a fresh start.
Hey sis great write and oh so true in most cases. I thought I found the love of my life once with my first husband, only to discover my true love was waiting for me many years later in my second husband. I guess I wasn't robbed of anything just found it later in life.

3 and a half years... seems like life times ago in some ways and just yesterday in others.
but life has continued to move and has dragged me along with it and for that i am grateful.
i think when you get to the place when you can think of the one you love and smile without tears is when you realise how beautiful the time you had with them was and how far you have come and how strong you truely are.
