I have come to appreciate so many things in life and I have a priority list, at the top of my list is my husband Fred, my five children, their spouses and my ten grandchildren. I am thankful for being able to write for so many in the world cannot, I am very thankful that I was sent so many Angels here on the den to help encourage me with my poetry. I just wanted to say Thank you to so many who take their time to read and review my words daily. All I can offer in return are my smiles and my time along with my Newfie Hugs which I give away free. I say again THANK YOU SO MUCH to a very caring and loving family.
I’m Thankful For You
I awoke this morning, Like so many times before, But I got this loving feeling, As my feet touched the floor.
I felt some one was calling, I could hear it loud and clear, Then I recognized the sound, The voices from Ad were here.
Iclosed my eyes in silence, So I could say a little prayer, I offered up my lovetoday, To all I hold so dear.
I took the time to thank God, For The friends that I have made, For all their time and kind reviews, In coming to my aide.
For not that very long ago, I couldn’t let them see, The words I wrote on paper, I had no confidence in me.
But they have made me feel, Through their love and tender care, That I’m not as bad as I thought, And that I belong right here. So just in case I haven’t said it, This is a thank you loud and clear, I’m proud to be part of your family, I appreciate,knowing you all care.
Beautiful write sis. Everyone loves to be appreciated in some small and we all appreciate this write sis. You have made many happy and simle with the words darlin, we thank you.
Rose as the one that "recruited" you and your sister Lina all I can say it I am glad I had a flash of insight that turned out so well. You are indeed a wonderful addition to our cast of characters.

I think you need to include yourself with the other angels God sent to AD. I know you have been a big part of the reason that I found a home here. God Blessed you with a lot of love in your "pen" and you show it to the world with each of your works. My warmest wishes for you and your family.

Awe, that's just beautiful my friend, I often feel the same way! If I am away from the den for a while, I begin to feel homesick!
