If We Could All Have Buttons
If we could all have buttons,
Ones we would call our own,
One push to run the appliances,
Another to answer the phone.
One would run the errands,
One to drive the car safely,
One to pay the bills and shop,
There’d be more time for me.
One to bathe the children,
Pick up toys and put them away,
Do the laundry and wash dishes,
Would make life easier this way.
How hard could it really be,
To add a few buttons that work,
One extra to run my bath, serve wine,
Clean the house and want to cook.
Yes if we all could have buttons,
To take over the chores for just one day,
Look at the time we’d have to share,
For all the fun and play.

Just a little note to Fee and Amber,Fee I don't need a button to visit with you, that a sure thing, we have so much to share and Amber I always thought I had a hot stud until he filled my space with his new lady sitting in the garage, it appears she is getting all the attention, he even left me home yesterday because it was too cold) and took her to brunch so he could introduce her to the boys, so it looks like I may need that extra button.
