This poem is for my friend Raelynn. Thank you for accepting my tears, smiles and laughter but most of all for being my friend. Thank you for being there.
You値l Be There
When a tear falls from my eyes, I know that you値l be there, To give me strength to carry on, Because you my friend will care.
When I feel weak from hurt and pain, You値l help to carry me through, Again I know that you値l be there, Because a friend I致e found in you.
When my days seem dark and dreary, I know that you値l be there, a click away, You値l help me see the brighter side, That will get me through each day.
When the clouds will all turn grey, And burdens make me want to run, Again I値l turn and there you値l be, To share brighter days filled with sun.
And when I知 ready to share a smile, I know I値l always turn to you, Because I know you値l be there, With a friendship ever so true .
You have shared with me, What I have shared with you, Tears, smiles, laughter and friendship, That seem to help pull us through.

Rose I agree with you, wholeheartedly. RaeLynn is an incredible friend. Her ability to see things in a whole new light has always been a blessing to me. She doesn't judge, and is a fine example of what a true friend is.

A most beautiful write indeed, everyone needs a friend like this. I once had a friend whom I shared everything with and she with I. Through thick and thin we stuck it out, laughed, cried, smiled, and worried together. God saw a reason to call her home nearly eleven years ago, not many days pass that I don't still think about her, laugh at some silly antic that we got mixed up in, cried for my loss, and smile at Heavens gain...cherish your friendship this type comes few and far between...well done very touching, and thank you for the trip down memory lane with my friend...

My dear Rose--now you got me crying again. Good tears. I was so ready to get rid of 2007 but I WILL hold on to the brightest spot--YOU. Thank you so much for your sweet kindness and friendship. Can not wait until we meet and I can hug you and kiss your cheek. Have to wonder what will happen when two universes collide.

Great tribute, I found myself reading this to the tune of Bridge over troubled waters...
The bonds of friendship are not always formed with years and years of togetherness...sometimes even a chance encounter on the internet can create a friendship stronger that those shared with so called friends of many years. Reading this wonderful open heart poem I would say you and Rae share just such a friendship...
