Most of us have a close friend, one who can lift us up when we are at our lowest, well I am lucky for I have several but thought I would share this precious one with you this morning. You have to agree she is a cute one.
My Sincere Friend
Little one come rest by me, You know I love you too, For you have become a friend, And I a friend to you.
I love it when you whisper, And snuggle close to me, That’s how a true friendship starts, As most folks will agree.
Closer you slide beside me, As you try to sneak a kiss, Some of the sly tricks you pull, I know I’d just hate to miss.
You are there when I’m lonely, Or when I’m feeling kind of blue, When no one else will bother, I know that I can depend on you.
That sweet sincere heart of yours, You offer me along the way, All you ask of me in return, Is affection throughout your day.
You may leave a trace of who you are, Upon my new pants which happen to be black, But I accepted you the way you are, My precious pussy cat.
Rose this is so sweet. I surely miss havimg a furry friend, (doggies for me) One day when I don't work crazy hours I will have me a furry friend..

She is a precious beauty! A piece well orchestrated expressing the love and understanding that can and does exist between people and pets. I am always so amazed at their individual personalities....
They truly are wondrous, faithful friends. And yours looks a lot like one of my favorite old feline pals, Miss Gabby, who truly brightened my life a little every day, while she graced us with her presence.
I am a cat lover, Rose, and have several of them. Their love is unconditional, regardless of whatever else happens in our lives.
This is a beautiful tribute to your pretty kitty.

Beautifully and warmly expressed, Rose (as always). It is such a wonderful miracle that kitties and doggies have chosen to meld their lives with such as we. I love ferrets, too, but left to their own devices, ferrets will return to the wild. But not so cats and dogs; even when they are accidentally abandonned, they will try to return to you. It is a love thing.
Perhaps "..Quiet Storm" will help rekindle old flames buried and long forgotten or express the love so deeply locked inside of your soul longing to be released.
